Because RTO can pre-heat the waste gas by levels through ceramic heat accumulator, which could make the waste gas to be completely heated and cracked with no dead corner(treatment efficiency>99%),which reduce the NOX in the Exhausting gas, if the VOC density >1.5g/Nm3, when the waste gas reach cracking area, it has been heated up to cracking temperature by heat accumulator, the burner will be closed under this condit

Through high efficiency surplus heat utilization equipment like air heat exchanger,water heat exchanger, thermal oil oven, the heat energy in surplus gas can be transformed to meet the supplying demand of production line.
